Full job descriptionElevation Recruitment Group are working with a manufacturer to recruit a Maintenance Team Leader for their site in Sheffield.
Working hours - 4 on 4 off (days and nights)
Salary - £53,000
Benefits:

This is hands-on role leading a team of 2 Maintenance Engineers
Responsibilities of the Maintenance Team Leader will include:
*Supervise and lead the maintenance team
*Plan, schedule, and oversee routine maintenance and repairs
*Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
*Troubleshoot and resolve maintenance issues in a timely manner.
*Train and mentor team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
We are keen to speak with Maintenance Team Leaders with the following:
*Proven experience in a maintenance leadership role.
*Either electrical or mechanically biased
*Time served multi-skilled engineer, working within the manufacturing industry
*Strong technical knowledge of maintenance procedures and equipment.
*Experience with digital maintenance planning software
*Exposure to the SQCPD (or equivalent) model
*Effective communication and interpersonal skills
