Are you an experienced Audit & Accounts professional looking to join a growing and forward-thinking accountancy practice?
We are currently recruiting on behalf of a well-established and highly regarded firm in Beaconsfield that is seeking an ambitious Audit & Accounts Senior to join its expanding team. This is an excellent opportunity for an individual with at least three years’ experience within practice who is looking to develop their career in a supportive and professional environment.
The OpportunityWorking with a varied portfolio of clients across multiple sectors, you will play a key role in delivering both audit and accounts services while building strong client relationships and contributing to the continued success of the firm.
The successful candidate will gain exposure to a diverse client base, work closely with senior members of the team, and benefit from clear opportunities for progression.
Key Responsibilities*Leading and assisting on audit assignments from planning through to completion
*Preparing statutory accounts for a range of clients
*Managing client relationships and acting as a key point of contact
*Ensuring compliance with UK accounting standards and regulatory requirements
*Supporting and mentoring junior team members where appropriate
*Assisting managers and partners with ad hoc assignments and client projects
About YouTo be considered for this role, you should have:
*A minimum of 3 years’ experience within a UK accountancy practice
*Strong experience in both audit and accounts preparation
*A good understanding of UK accounting standards and compliance requirements
*Experience managing a varied client portfolio
*Excellent communication and client-facing skills
*Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
*ACA / ACCA part-qualified, qualified, or qualified by experience (QBE) candidates will all be considered
