We are looking for a customer-focused and highly organised Centre Executive.
*In this role, you will be accountable for ensuring an exceptional customer experience, effective operation day to day and revenue growth.
*You will be acting in a supervisory capacity to centre operation assistants.
Key Responsibilities
*Customer service and customer relations
*Operations management
*Sales and KPI target leadership
*Supervisory role to assistants
*Financial management
*Policy and compliance
*Training and development
*Health and safety
The ideal candidate would have:
*A proven record in revenue generation within a customer facing environment
*Strong commercial and sales acumen
*Strong leadership skills
*The ability to ensure an exceptional customer experience
Knowledge and Experience required:
Proficiency in Microsoft office 365 & CRM software
Minimum grade C in English and Maths (or equivalent)
