You do not need previous experience within the property industry as the company are willing to train and develop an individual looking to start their career, and who is focused on being a successful lettings negotiator. The salary package for this trainee lettings negotiator role will include a basic of c. £22,000, plus on target earnings in the region of £35,000 depending on experience and performance. Benefits include a company pension, company mobile phone, business mileage, 28 days holiday (including bank holidays), a day off for your birthday, and more!
You will be working Monday to Friday and will be required to work Saturdays on a rota basis. When a Saturday is worked you will get a day back in lieu.
