You will act as the key interface between clients and internal technical teams, helping to translate complex scientific workflows and requirements into effective, real-world software configurations.

*Experience in a customer-facing role such as implementation, consulting, project delivery, technical support, or similar
*Strong communication skills, with the ability to clearly explain complex scientific or technical concepts to different audiences
*Confidence working with scientific data, laboratory workflows, and research-based processes
*Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple concurrent projects effectively
