Front Desk Coordinator (Temporary - 6 Weeks Minimum) South West London
£14.80 per hour
Start Date: 22nd June
We are recruiting on behalf of our client for an organised and proactive Front Desk Coordinator to join their team on a temporary basis for a minimum of 6 weeks. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced office professional who can quickly integrate into a busy environment and provide essential cover during a period of annual leave.
About the RoleWorking at the heart of the office, you will act as the first point of contact for staff and visitors, ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of front-of-house operations and administrative functions.
Key Responsibilities*General office administration duties
*Managing the front-of-house area and welcoming visitors
*Handling staff enquiries and managing voicemail calls
*Post management (incoming and outgoing)
*Monitoring and responding to the general information inbox
*Calendar management and coordination
*Visitor management processes
*Issuing security passes and allocating staff lockers
*Replenishing office supplies and stock
*Maintaining kitchen and stationery areas
*Basic equipment troubleshooting
Requirements*Previous broad office experience is essential
*Ability to quickly get up to speed and work independently
*Strong organisational and communication skills
*A proactive, hands-on approach
*A valid DBS check is required
Desirable (Not Essential)*Fire Warden training (training can be provided)
