Full job descriptionWe are looking for a business-minded and target-driven individual to join our business.
Consulting for a wide range of household brand companies, you’ll be joining a dynamic industry that is competitive, social and successful.
Our team delivers excellent new customer sales, customer service and product solutions to a broad customer base.
As a Business Trainee you will:
*Build and develop relationships with customers
*Maximise the profitability of your accounts and win new business
*Support the manager(s) creating an inclusive working environment with a customer-first culture
*Use your product knowledge and customer service skills to promote the company as a supplier of choice
*Relevant sales experience as a top salesperson and knowledge of the Nottingham market
*Fantastic interpersonal skills where you feel comfortable talking to all members of the internal business and customers.
*Reporting and hitting targets comes second nature to you - good excel/google sheets skills
*You remain calm under pressure and are someone a team can look to for advice and guidance
*Proactive, with a ’let’s get it done’ attitude.
Qualifications and requirements:
*Familiar with lead management and data performance
*Capable of managing agent compliance in line with best industry practices
*Ability to manage agent performance and growth
*Experience in strategic sales planning and implementing sales strategies
*Energy to work speedily and with accuracy in a pressurised sales environment
*Energetic, passionate, and results-driven team player
*Experience in a fast-paced environment with proven management abilities
*Excellent organisational and communication skills
