We are looking for a caring, resilient and dedicated Children’s Residential Support Worker to join a supportive residential childcare team in South East London.

Key Responsibilities
*Supporting children and young people in a residential setting
*Safeguarding and promoting welfare at all times
*Acting as a key worker and building positive relationships
*Supporting education, independence and life skills
*Encouraging positive behaviour and emotional wellbeing
*Maintaining accurate records and reports
*Working closely with families and professionals
*Participating in activities, outings and daily routines
About You
*Experience working with children and young people
*Passion for making a positive difference
*Strong communication and teamwork skills
*Understanding of safeguarding principles
*Full UK driving licence desirable
