Full job descriptionAbout the RoleOn behalf of our client, the prestigious Harris Federation, Randstad is seeking a meticulous and proactive HR Administrator to join their central HR team at the Head Office in Croydon.
This is a brilliant opportunity for a skilled administrator looking to secure a minimum 3-month contract covering key capacity gaps over the crucial summer break. This position offers a fantastic hybrid working model, allowing you to work 2 days a week from home while spending the remaining days collaborating with the team in their modern Croydon office.
Key Responsibilities:*Onboarding & Induction: Supporting onboarding activities for new starters on Compass, including the preparation and coordination of induction processes.
*Compliance & SCR: Supporting the Single Central Record (SCR) by updating records, checking vital documentation, and helping to maintain rigorous compliance standards.
*System Management: Managing data entry and executing updates within internal HR systems (including Oracle/Compass-related platforms).
*General Administration: Providing comprehensive, day-to-day administrative support across Academy HR activity, including supporting documentation workflows for a busy central HR team.
What We Are Looking For:*Strong administrative skills with a proven track record in a fast-paced environment (prior HR or education sector experience is highly desirable but not essential).
*Exceptional attention to detail-especially when managing sensitive compliance documents like the Single Central Record.
*The ability to multi-task efficiently and manage your workload accurately during a peak summer period.
*A self-motivated mindset with the ability to work independently on your remote days.
*Comfortable utilising HR software systems (experience with Oracle or Compass is a major plus).
Working Pattern & Interview Process
*Hybrid Model: Office-based Monday, Wednesday, and Friday. Home-based Tuesday and Thursday.
*Interview: We aim to appoint as soon as possible. The process will consist of a one-stage interview, most likely via video
