Forward Role are partnering with a leading professional services business to find a commercial, high-impact HR Business Partner on a 12 month FTC basis.
This is a brilliant opportunity to step into a visible, fast-paced role, working directly with senior leaders to drive people strategy and influence real business outcomes.
What you’ll be doing:
*Partnering with senior stakeholders to shape people strategy
*Leading on complex ER cases and best practice
*Driving performance, promotions & reward cycles
*Using data and insight to influence decisions
*Supporting hiring, onboarding & early careers
*Delivering key HR projects and initiatives
What we’re looking for:
*Proven HR Business Partner experience
*Strong ER and performance management expertise
*Confident influencing at senior level
*Solid UK employment law knowledge
*Commercial mindset with a data-driven approach
*Professional services background (desirable but will flex for the right candidate)
