Tradewind Recruitment is currently recruiting for a skilled SEN Teaching Assistant to support pupils with complex learning needs and Education, Health and Care Plans (EHCPs) within a welcoming primary school in Bury.
The school is seeking a committed individual who can provide personalised support and contribute to a highly inclusive learning environment.
Responsibilities:
*Supporting pupils with a range of additional needs.
*Delivering tailored interventions under teacher guidance.
*Assisting with personal development, communication, and learning goals.
*Monitoring progress against EHCP outcomes.
*Working alongside external agencies and school staff.
The ideal candidate will:
*Have experience supporting pupils with complex SEN.
*Demonstrate excellent teamwork and communication skills.
*Be adaptable and responsive to individual needs.
*Have a nurturing and child-centred approach.
*Hold relevant SEN experience or qualifications.
