Private Client Lawyer (Qualified Solicitor or CILEX) – Canterbury

About the role Are you a Private Client Lawyer looking to join a thriving, highly respected team with a strong reputation for delivering exceptional client service?
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Private Client Lawyer to join one of the region’s busiest and most successful private client departments. This is a chance to work alongside highly experienced professionals, manage a varied caseload and play a key role in supporting the continued growth of the team.
This Private Client Lawyer position offers exposure to high-quality work, including complex and high-value matters for a diverse client base.
Key responsibilities: *Managing a varied caseload of: *Wills
*Probate
*Trusts
*Inheritance Tax matters
*Estate administration
*Succession planning

*Advising a broad range of clients, including: *High-net-worth individuals
*Family businesses
*Agricultural clients
*Elderly clients

*Supporting senior team members with complex matters
*Building and maintaining strong client relationships
*Contributing to the ongoing success and growth of the department
What we are looking for The successful Private Client Lawyer will have:
*A minimum of 2 years’ PQE
*Qualified Solicitor or CILEX status
*Experience handling a broad range of private client matters
*Strong decision-making abilities
*Excellent client care and communication skills
*A proactive and collaborative approach
*The ability to manage their own caseload effectively
*A desire to continue developing their expertise within private client law
