An exciting opportunity has become available within a growing and highly respected air conditioning and climate control organisation operating across the UK and Ireland. The business provides installation, maintenance and support services to a diverse customer base spanning retail, education, hospitality, housing, leisure, IT and commercial sectors.
With a reputation for delivering exceptional customer service, high-quality products and reliable technical solutions, the company is continuing to expand and is looking to appoint an Administrator to support its busy operations team. This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established business where you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth coordination of customers, engineers and projects.

Your Roles & Responsibilities:
While in this position your duties will include, but are not limited to:
*Acting as a first point of contact for customer enquiries via telephone and email
*Providing excellent customer service and ensuring enquiries are dealt with efficiently
*Supporting the coordination of engineers, installations, maintenance visits and service activities
*Scheduling appointments and updating customers on job progress
*Maintaining accurate records and documentation across internal systems
*Processing administrative paperwork and ensuring information is updated correctly
*Liaising with customers, suppliers, engineers and subcontractors to support operational activities
*Assisting with quotations, service documentation and project administration
*Managing multiple tasks and priorities within a fast-paced environment
*Supporting the wider team with general office administration and coordination duties
*Producing reports and maintaining spreadsheets using Microsoft Office applications
*Ensuring customer information and job records are maintained to a high standard
What You Will Need to Apply:
The ideal candidate will possess strong administration experience alongside excellent organisational and communication skills. Previous experience within a customer-focused environment will be highly advantageous.
Candidates should demonstrate a professional and friendly telephone manner, excellent customer service skills and the ability to build positive working relationships with customers and colleagues alike. Confidence using Microsoft Office applications is essential, alongside the ability to manage multiple priorities and work accurately under pressure.
Experience gained within construction, engineering, facilities management, logistics, trades or other operationally focused environments would be beneficial but is not essential.
The successful candidate will be dependable, proactive and highly organised, with a positive attitude and a willingness to support a busy and growing team.
