Job Description:
Full job descriptionRoleExperienced Conveyancing Paralegal required to join a busy residential property team based in the Coventry office. The role involves providing direct support to experienced lawyers across a full range of residential conveyancing matters. This position offers an excellent opportunity to build on existing experience and further develop expertise within a well-structured and supportive conveyancing department.
Responsibilities*Assist with the management of residential conveyancing transactions from instruction through to completion
*Conduct property searches and prepare accurate legal documentation
*Support lawyers with progression of client files and case management activities
*Liaise professionally with clients, estate agents, lenders, and other third parties
*Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records and ensure effective file management
*Provide comprehensive administrative support to ensure smooth and efficient case progression
*Ensure all work is completed accurately and within required deadlines
*Contribute to the overall efficiency and performance of the conveyancing team
Candidate Requirements*Minimum of 2 years’ experience in residential conveyancing (essential)
*Background as a Conveyancing Secretary, Post Completions Assistant, or similar role desirable
*Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail and accuracy
*Confident communicator with strong interpersonal skills
*Ability to remain calm, focused, and efficient under pressure
*Proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and develop professionally
*Ability to work effectively as part of a busy team environment
*Good understanding of conveyancing processes and documentation
