*Salary £40,000 - £44,000

This is a brilliant opportunity for an Account Manager to take ownership of client relationships, drive strategy and directly impact growth across a portfolio of digital accounts.
The Role
You’ll sit at the centre of your accounts - balancing client leadership, strategic thinking and team management. You’ll be responsible for delivering performance, but critically, also for growing accounts and increasing long-term value.
What You’ll Be Doing
*Own and develop strong client relationships, acting as a trusted partner
*Lead campaign strategy and ensure best-in-class execution
*Deliver clear, insightful performance updates and recommendations
*Identify and unlock growth opportunities across accounts
*Support new business pitches and proposals
*Manage and develop junior team members
What We’re Looking For
*Solid experience in paid media or digital marketing
*Proven ability to manage client relationships
*Strong strategic thinking and commercial mindset
*Experience mentoring or managing junior team members
*Ability to juggle multiple stakeholders and priorities
