Early Years Practitioner - BlackpoolAbout the RoleWe are looking for an experienced Early Years Practitioner to join a welcoming and supportive early years setting in Blackpool. This is a fantastic opportunity for a passionate individual who is committed to providing high-quality care and education to young children and supporting their development in a nurturing environment.
Key Responsibilities*Deliver engaging and age-appropriate activities in line with the EYFS framework
*Support children’s learning, development, and wellbeing
*Create a safe, stimulating, and inclusive environment
*Observe, assess, and track children’s progress
*Build strong relationships with children, parents, and colleagues
*Promote positive behaviour and social development
*Ensure safeguarding and health & safety policies are followed at all times
Requirements*Proven experience working as an Early Years Practitioner, Nursery Assistant, or similar role
*Strong knowledge of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS)
*Relevant qualification (Level 2 or Level 3 in Childcare or equivalent)
*Excellent communication and teamwork skills
*A caring, enthusiastic, and reliable approach
