People Solutions are currently recruiting for a Warehouse Supervisor to join our well-established client based in Warrington on a permanent basis.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Warehouse Supervisor to join a successful and growing business, leading warehouse operations and supporting the development of a dedicated team.
This role would suit applicants who have worked as a Warehouse Team Leader, Logistics Supervisor, or Depot Supervisor.
We are looking for a hands-on and proactive Warehouse Supervisor who can lead by example, drive operational performance, and maintain high standards across all warehouse activities.
The successful candidate will demonstrate excellent leadership skills, a strong work ethic, and a commitment to continuous improvement.
Working Hours:
*Monday to Thursday 7:00am – 4:00pm
*Friday 7:00am – 12:00pm
Salary:
*£35,000 per annum

Day to Day Duties:
As a Warehouse Supervisor, your responsibilities will include:
*Leading, motivating, and supporting Warehouse Leads and Warehouse Operatives
*Ensuring the efficient flow of products throughout the warehouse and stores operation
*Monitoring warehouse performance and identifying opportunities to improve productivity and efficiency
*Managing labour resources and equipment utilisation effectively
*Maintaining accurate warehouse records and ensuring systems are updated daily
*Ensuring stock is stored safely and correctly within designated locations
*Liaising with Warehouse Area Leads and third-party suppliers to coordinate operational activities, including Powder Coating, Galvanising, and Pick & Pack processes
*Working closely with other departments to ensure the smooth running of site operations
*Reporting warehouse, despatch, and maintenance issues to the Warehouse Manager
*Maintaining high housekeeping standards throughout all warehouse areas
*Promoting safe working practices and ensuring compliance with health and safety procedures
Essential Skills:
As a Warehouse Supervisor, the skills required will be:
*Previous experience in a similar role
*Experience leading and developing warehouse teams within a fast-paced environment
*Strong organisational and communication skills
*Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet operational targets
*Good understanding of warehouse processes, stock control, and operational efficiencies
*Knowledge of health and safety requirements within a warehouse environment
*Confident problem-solving and decision-making skills
Desirable Experience:
*Experience within a manufacturing, engineering, or industrial environment
*Forklift Truck Licences
*Continuous improvement experience
Training:
*Industry-related training provided with ongoing support throughout
