Key Responsibilities*Managing a portfolio of corporate clients across compliance and advisory services
*Advising on corporation tax, group structures, reorganisations, and tax planning matters
*Reviewing corporate tax returns and computations prepared by junior staff
*Developing and maintaining strong, trusted client relationships
*Mentoring and supporting the development of junior members of the tax team
*Contributing to business development activity and proposals
Requirements*CTA and/or ACA/ACCA qualified with a strong corporate tax background gained within practice
*At least five years’ experience working within a UK Practice environment
*Proven experience managing a portfolio of corporate clients across compliance and advisory work
*Strong technical knowledge of UK corporation tax legislation and current developments
*Excellent communication and client-facing skills with the ability to convey complex matters clearly
*Commercially minded and proactive, with a genuine appetite to contribute to the growth of the firm
