The role
*Specification-led sales within the construction industry
*Covering the Essex, Cambridgeshire, Suffolk, and Norfolk regions
*Dealing with a variety of stakeholders inc Architects, Engineers, Contractors, Groundworkers, and Distributors
*Driving growth across the region
*Using CRM system to manage sales and track projects
*Working closely with the Southern Sales Manager and the rest of the Southern Sales Team
*Based on the road approximately 4 days with 1 day of admin
What you need
*At least 2 years experience of specification-led sales within the construction industry
*Ideally experience of structural waterproofing or concrete repair
*Experience of dealing with large contractors
*Experience of using CRM systems
*Self-motivated and organised
*Full UK Driving Licence
*Ideally have the CSSW qualification
