Full job descriptionGeneral Operative role - RedditchDue to continuous company growth, ASC Connections are currently recruiting for General Operatives to join a busy manufacturing environment company in Redditch. This role would suit someone who is hands on, previously from a production or manufacturing environment.
Shift Pattern:*Monday to Thursday: 8:00am - 4:30pm
*Friday: 8:00am - 1:00pm
*Flexibility is essential, including working different shifts and weekends when required
*Overtime available
*Temporary to Permanent role
Key Responsibilities:*Carrying out loading and filling duties within production
*Following detailed written instructions and processes
*Carrying out basic calculations as part of daily tasks
*Handling materials and products
*Supporting general production and warehouse activities
*Maintaining high standards of cleanliness, organisation, and safety
*Working as part of a team to meet production targets
What We’re Looking For:*Good English and Maths skills
*Ability to follow written instructions and carry out calculations accurately
*Physically fit and able to undertake continuous lifting
*Strong work ethic and reliability
*Team player with a positive attitude
*Flexible approach to working hours and shifts
Desirable:*FLT licence (not essential - training will be provided after successful probation)
