People Solutions are currently recruiting for an Operations Processor to join our well-established client based in Swindon on a part-time basis.
This is a fantastic opportunity offering excellent rates of pay, ongoing work, and genuine opportunities for growth and progression within a reputable logistics operation.
This role would suit applicants who have previously worked as a Warehouse Administrator, Logistics Administrator, or Parcel Processor.
Shifts:
*Monday to Friday
*16:00 to 20:00
Rates of Pay:
*£13.02 - £15.82 per hour

Day to Day Duties:
Your duties as an Operations Processor will be:
*Debriefing couriers upon their return to the depot
*Processing and scanning returned shipments accurately
*Updating shipment information using internal computer systems
*Investigating and resolving basic shipment discrepancies
*Ensuring all returned parcels are correctly recorded and processed
*Supporting the wider warehouse and operations team as required
*Maintaining accurate records and documentation
*Working in line with company health and safety procedures
*Keeping the work area clean, organised, and efficient
Essential Skills:
The skills required to be an Operations Processor will be:
*Good computer literacy and confidence using warehouse systems
*Previous warehouse, logistics, or administration experience is advantageous
*Strong attention to detail and accuracy
*Excellent communication skills
*Ability to work independently and as part of a team
*Reliable, punctual, and hardworking
*Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
Training:
*Full training provided
*Ongoing development support
