Location: Northampton
Start Date: September 2026 (with potential for earlier starts)

Are you passionate about supporting children and young people with additional needs?
Teaching Personnel is currently looking to register experienced and dedicated Support Staff to work across schools and specialist provisions in Northampton for the upcoming academic year.
Following the recent SEND whitepaper and the increasing demand for specialist educational support, schools are actively seeking skilled professionals who can make a meaningful difference in the lives of pupils with additional learning and behavioural needs.
We are particularly keen to hear from candidates with experience supporting children and young people with:
*ADHD (Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder)
*ASD (Autism Spectrum Disorder)
*SEMH (Social, Emotional and Mental Health needs)
We are recruiting for a variety of support-based roles, including:
*Teaching Assistants
*Learning Support Assistants
*Behaviour Mentors
*SEN Support Workers
*Pastoral Support Staff
*Intervention Specialists
The ideal candidate will:
*Have previous experience working with children or young people with SEND needs
*Be confident supporting pupils with behavioural, emotional, or communication challenges
*Be patient, resilient, and adaptable in a school environment
*Have strong behaviour management and relationship-building skills
*Be passionate about helping students achieve their full potential
