Full job descriptionDuration: 29 June 2026 – 30 October 2026 (18 weeks)
Hours: 37 per week, Mon–Fri, 09:00–17:00


Key Responsibilities*Site inspections: Minimum 3 days per week (preferably 4), ensuring compliance with building regulations.
*Emergency cover: Provide occasional weekend/evening support when required.
*Training support: Mentor and train a trainee surveyor.
*Team collaboration: Participate in meetings, training sessions, and peer reviews.
*Office duties: Two days per week in-office, balancing administrative and inspection tasks.
Requirements*Minimum Class 2A validation (preferably Class 2F).
*Strong knowledge of building regulations and inspection processes.
*Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
*Flexibility to handle occasional emergency call-outs.
*Can make site inspection for at least four days a week and can cover the weekends on emergency call out - two days in office and able to do site inspections
