Full job descriptionRole OverviewAs a Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with class teachers to support pupils in their learning, both individually and in small groups. You will help create a positive, engaging, and safe learning environment.
Key Responsibilities*Support teachers in delivering lessons and classroom activities
*Work with individual pupils or small groups to reinforce learning
*Assist with classroom preparation and organisation
*Support pupils with additional learning needs where required
*Help maintain positive behaviour and encourage pupil engagement
*Supervise pupils during activities, break times, or school trips when needed
Requirements*A positive, patient, and caring attitude
*Good communication and teamwork skills
*Experience working with children is desirable (but not essential)
*A willingness to support pupils of varying abilities
*Relevant TA qualification or willingness to work towards one is an advantage
