Experienced in residential property management and ready to take the next step into a leadership role?
We’re recruiting for a Senior Property Manager / Head of Property Management to join a fast-growing, highly successful, and award-winning estate agency. You’ll be responsible for overseeing a team of four Property Managers managing approximately 700 fully managed properties, driving service excellence, operational performance, and team development across the department.
The Role
As Senior Property Manager / Head of Property Management, you will:
*Lead, coach, and develop a team of 4 Property Managers
*Conduct regular one-to-one meetings and performance reviews
*Create and implement clear development plans and progression pathways
*Foster a culture of accountability, engagement, and collaboration
*Support recruitment, onboarding, and staff retention initiatives
*Drive operational efficiency and service excellence across the department
*Ensure high standards of customer service are delivered to landlords and tenants
*Monitor team performance and identify opportunities for improvement
*Work closely with senior management to support business growth and success
Senior Property Manager / Head of Property Management Requirements
*Proven experience within Residential Property Management
*Previous leadership or team management experience
*Passion for the property industry and delivering exceptional service
*Strong communication and interpersonal skills
*Ability to motivate, develop, and inspire a team
*Organised, proactive, and solution-focused approach
*Strong understanding of property management processes and legislation
