Full job descriptionProspero Teaching is working with a school in CR0 that is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic SEN Teaching Assistant to join their team from September 2026.

Contract Details
Location: CR0
Position: SEN Teaching Assistant
Start Date: September 2026
Contract Type: Temporary to Permanent
Hours: 8:30am - 3:30pm (may vary depending on the school’s needs)
Pay: GBP95 - GBP120 per day, dependent on experience and qualifications
Schedule: Full-time

Experience, Training and Qualifications Required
· Previous experience working with children with Special Educational Needs (SEN), either in a school or similar setting
· Experience supporting students with ASD, ADHD, SEMH or complex needs is desirable
· Strong behaviour management and communication skills
· A patient, empathetic and proactive approach
· Ability to build positive relationships with pupils and staff
· Reliable, punctual and committed to supporting student progress

To Be Eligible for This Role Through Prospero Teaching, You Must:
· Have the Right to Work in the UK
· Hold an enhanced child-barred list DBS on the Update Service, or be willing to apply for one
· Provide two professional child-related references covering the last two years
