-London | Hybrid (2 days per week in the office) and 3 days from home.
We’re seeking a hands-on Technical Lead to drive the architecture, development, and delivery of a growing SaaS platform. This role combines technical leadership, software engineering, and team mentorship, offering the opportunity to influence both product direction and engineering culture.
Key Requirements
*Strong software engineering background with leadership experience.
*Advanced Python development skills (FastAPI desirable).
*Experience with SQL, cloud infrastructure, CI/CD, and scalable systems.
*Exposure to React/TypeScript is advantageous.
*Experience within SaaS, cybersecurity, or data-driven platforms is beneficial.
*Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
*Must hold, or be eligible for, SC Clearance.
