The Role
As an Internal Quality Assurer, you will ensure the quality of teaching, learning, and assessment across Health & Social Care apprenticeships.
Key Responsibilities:
*Quality assure assessment practice in line with awarding body standards
*Observe and support Assessors (Personal Development Managers)
*Drive improvement through feedback and Quality Development Plans
*Complete quality checks to ensure learner progression and timely completion
*Support standardisation activities across the team

Requirements:
*Relevant IQA qualification
*Level 5 Health & Social Care (or equivalent preferred)
*Minimum 2 years’ experience with adults or elderly in Health & Social Care (Senior level or above)
*Strong organisational, communication and IT skills
*Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
