£28,000 – £35,000 basic + Uncapped Commission (OTE £50,000+)

We are looking for an ambitious, results-driven Business Development Executive who thrives on winning new business, building strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth.

The Role

As a Business Development Executive, you will:
*Identify and secure new business opportunities across UK and international markets
*Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals
*Build and maintain long-term client relationships
*Develop and manage a strong sales pipeline
*Carry out proactive outbound activity (calls, emails, video, networking)
*Understand client needs and present tailored solutions
*Consistently meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs
*Maintain accurate CRM records and forecasts
*Collaborate with internal teams to deliver excellent service
What We’re Looking For

Essential*Proven B2B sales experience with a strong track record
*Confident in new business development and closing deals
*Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
*Self-motivated, proactive, and target-driven
*Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Desirable*Experience within FMCG, wholesale, distribution, or import/export
*Experience selling into retailers, distributors, or trade customers
*Exposure to international markets or export sales
*Additional language skills (advantageous but not essential)
