We are currently recruiting for a Warehouse Operative to join our team at our Redditchbranch. This is an exciting opportunity to become part of a hardworking and friendly team, supporting the smooth running of day-to-day warehouse operations.

Key responsibilities
*Support general day-to-day warehouse operations
*Preparing customer orders for delivery
*Managing stock inventory and performing stock checks
*Loading and unloading deliveries
*Maintaining a clean and safe working environment in line with health and safety guidelines

Key skills
*Valid forklift licence (essential – counterbalance or reach)
*Ability to carry out manual handling duties
*Good understanding of Health and Safety regulations
*Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
*Reliable, punctual, and a strong team player
*Previous warehouse experience is an advantage
