The RoleThis is a varied, practical position focused on the smooth running of day-to-day warehouse operations. You’ll be responsible for ensuring furniture and items are prepared, handled, and dispatched efficiently to support installations and deliveries.
Key Responsibilities*Picking and packing furniture and homeware items accurately
*Preparing and protecting stock for delivery (padding and wrapping items)
*Loading and unloading goods safely and efficiently
*Maintaining warehouse organisation and cleanliness
*Assisting with general warehouse duties as required
What We’re Looking For*Previous experience in a warehouse, logistics, or similar hands-on role is desirable
*A proactive, "can-do" attitude and willingness to get stuck in
*Good physical fitness - comfortable with lifting and manual handling
*Strong attention to detail and care when handling products
*Ability to work well as part of a small, close-knit team
*Basic IT skills (experience using tools like Google Sheets is a plus)
*Easy-going, reliable, and team-oriented personality
What’s on Offer*Salary starting from £28,000 (rising to £30,000 after probation)
*Full-time: 40 hours per week (typically 8:00–16:00 or 9:00–17:00)
