Job Title: Interim Financial Administrator x 5 Location: St Paul’s, London (5 days per week onsite)
Duration: Initial 6-week contract
Rate: £200-£250 per day (Umbrella)
OverviewWe are seeking a 5, immediately available, detail-oriented and commercially minded Financial Administrators to support a high-volume finance operations project. This role is fully onsite in St Paul’s, London and requires strong accuracy, pace, and stakeholder communication.
You’ll play a critical role in processing and validating commercial claims, ensuring alignment with contractual agreements and maintaining financial accuracy.
Candidates must be available to start in the next 2 weeks and be able to commit to the initial 6 week assignment duration.
Key Responsibilities*Receive inbound claims and initiate processing workflows within Service Cloud / SAP S/4 Hana
*Validate claims against SAP contracts and cross-check using Excel-based sales datasets
*Liaise with Sales Account Managers via email to confirm commercial agreements where required
*Accurately input verified claim data into SAP and submit for approval
*Maintain a structured anomaly log for out-of-policy claims (e.g. exceeding contract values, missing agreements, or delayed approvals)
*Contribute to weekly KPI reporting (claims processed, accuracy rates, anomaly tracking)
*Attend daily stand-ups with the Project Manager
Essential Skills & Experience*Experience in finance administration (e.g. high volume invoice processing), or sales administration.
*Strong Excel skills, with experience handling large datasets for validation/reconciliation
*High attention to detail and accuracy
*Ability to work in a high-volume environment (target ~100 claims per week)
*Clear and professional written communication
Desirable Experience*Experience working with a major ERP system (SAP preferred; Oracle, Dynamics accepted)
*Salesforce Service Cloud or similar CRM workflow experience
*FMCG, retail, or consumer goods background
