Salary: MPS1 – UPS3 + Fringe Allowance
Reed Education are currently working in partnership with a welcoming and supportive middle school in Windsor to recruit a passionate and dedicated Classroom Teacher to join their team from September 2026.
This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated teacher to contribute to a thriving school community. A specialism in English, Drama or Food Technology is highly desirable, although strong classroom practitioners from other subject backgrounds will also be considered.
The Role:
*Deliver high-quality teaching across KS2–KS3
*Plan and deliver engaging and differentiated lessons to meet the needs of all learners
*Contribute to the development of English, Drama and/or Food Technology within the school
*Support pupils’ academic, social, and emotional development
*Work collaboratively with colleagues to maintain high standards of teaching and learning
The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
*Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
*Experience teaching within the UK education system
*A specialism or strong interest in English, Drama or Food Technology
*Excellent behaviour management and classroom practice
*A commitment to inclusive education and raising attainment
*Strong communication and teamwork skills
