Tradewind Recruitment are currently seeking a nurturing and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to join a welcoming primary school in Preston from September.
This is a full-time role, working 6.5 hours per day, supporting pupils within the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS). The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting children’s learning, development, and well being during these important early years.
The Role:*Full-time position, Monday to Friday
*September start
*Supporting children within the EYFS setting
*Working alongside the class teacher and wider Early Years team
*Assisting with the delivery of engaging and creative learning activities
*Supporting children’s social, emotional, and educational development
*Helping to create a safe, positive, and stimulating learning environment
The Ideal Candidate:*Holds a Level 2 Teaching Assistant qualification (desirable)
*Has previous experience working within a school setting (desirable)
*Has experience supporting children with Special Educational Needs (SEN) and additional learning needs
*Has a good understanding of the EYFS framework
*Is patient, caring, and enthusiastic about supporting young learners
*Has excellent communication and teamwork skills
