MTrec Commercial are proudly representing our prestigious client on their search for an experienced Commercial Assistant who is bilingual in French and English to join their team on a full time and permanent basis. The Role you will be doing;
*To liaise between Clients/Freelancer
*To contact customers in relation to payment inquiries
*enter data into the company software
*To issue, track, process and complete invoices
*Resolving any issues that might arise from events or actions that involve administrative functions, from the sale process, to billing of the client.
*The commercial assistant works under the supervision of a manager. Although working under supervision, he or she must possess the ability to work independently.
About You;
*Must be Fluent in French and English
*Able to provide excellent customer service
*Analytical thinking, working under pressure, coping with tight deadlines and very good problem-solving skills are required
*Very good organisational skills
*Attention to detail
*Be open to learn
*Punctuality and a positive attitude
*Advanced multi-tasking and able to work on you own and with others to get things done.
