IMMEDIATE START 6 MONTH CONTRACT (OPPORTUNITY TO PERM)This is a high-impact contract opportunity to lead a complex organisational change programme within a large-scale, mission-driven initiative focused on sustainability and service transformation. You will play a central role in shaping how critical functions are delivered, ensuring continuity while driving meaningful change across multiple stakeholders.The Company

Operating at the intersection of policy, operations, and service delivery, they work with a broad network of stakeholders to deliver impactful initiatives at scale. Their current focus is on evolving their operational model to support long-term strategic goals. This transformation programme is a key priority, requiring strong leadership and coordination.The Role and Deliverable’s
* Lead the delivery of a complex organisational change programme, including the transition of key operational functions into a new structure
* Oversee the migration of teams, processes, systems, and governance, ensuring continuity of service
* Deliver end-to-end programme management across multiple work-streams including HR, legal, finance, IT, and operations
* Design and implement change strategies, including stakeholder engagement, communications, and transition planning
* Manage programme governance, including risks, reporting, decision logs, and board-level documentation
* Coordinate operational readiness activities, such as systems setup, data migration, and post-implementation reviewYour Skills and Experience
* Strong experience delivering complex organisational change or transformation programmes
* Proven capability in project or programme management, using recognised methodologies or equivalent experience
* Experience operating across multiple organisations or governance structures
* Demonstrated ability to manage workforce transition activities in partnership with HR and legal teams
* Strong stakeholder management skills, with experience engaging senior leadership and boards
* Ability to manage risk, governance, and delivery across cross-functional work-streams
