The OpportunityWe are working with a growing and highly ambitious Chartered Wealth Management firm is seeking an Associate Wealth Manager to join its Northampton-based team.
This is a unique opportunity for an experienced Paraplanner or Associate Adviser looking to take the next step towards becoming a Financial Planner. You’ll receive structured mentoring, technical training and client exposure, with a clear pathway into a Wealth Manager position.
Working closely with Senior and Chartered Wealth Managers, you will play a key role in supporting the advice process, preparing recommendations, conducting research and attending client meetings whilst developing your own client-facing skills to inherit clients in the near future.


About You*Diploma qualified, ideally working towards Chartered
*Experience within a Paraplanning or similar technical financial planning role
*Strong understanding of pensions, investments and financial planning solutions
*Excellent attention to detail and report-writing skills
*Ambitious, professional and keen to progress towards a client-facing advisory career
*Strong communication and relationship-building skills

This role offers a genuine route into Financial Planning, with a structured development programme designed to help you build technical expertise, gain client exposure and ultimately progress into a Wealth Manager position.
