Overview:
We are partnering with a growing international professional services organisation to recruit an EU Operations Manager. This is an excellent opportunity to join a high-performing, collaborative business in a key leadership role, supporting operational excellence and business growth across the UK and Europe.
Key Responsibilities
*Manage day-to-day UK office operations, facilities and vendor relationships.
*Lead, mentor and develop a Operations team member.
*Coordinate office logistics, meetings, events and employee engagement initiatives.
*Support recruitment and onboarding activities in partnership with HR.
*Act as a key operational contact for internal teams across the business.
*Lead operational projects that support business growth and organisational effectiveness.
*Support regional workforce planning and staffing processes.
*Partner with Finance to manage budgets and operational spend.
*Produce operational reporting and monitor key business metrics.
*Oversee expense management and timesheet compliance processes.
*Collaborate with international People and Operations teams to improve processes and ways of working.
Requirements:
*Experience managing office operations and facilities within a corporate or professional services environment.
*Previous people management experience.
*Experience supporting recruitment and employee onboarding processes.
*Budget management and operational reporting experience.
*Advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
