Full job descriptionAre you an experienced Property Manager ready for your next challenge? Do you thrive in a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same?
Juice Recruitment is delighted to be working with a growing property development and management company based in Bath. They are seeking a confident and capable Property Manager to join their expanding team.
We would love to hear from a self-motivated and driven individual with experience in lettings or property management, who is keen to continue developing their career.
You will need your own vehicle for this role. On-site parking is available.
DAY TO DAY:*Manage a portfolio of approximately 150 properties
*Act as the first point of contact for tenants and landlords
*Coordinate maintenance works and liaise with contractors
*Handle deposit returns and negotiate end-of-tenancy issues
*Conduct property check-outs and inspections
*Ensure legal compliance and manage invoices and bills
WHAT WE’D LOVE TO SEE:*Previous property management experience (student lettings experience is a plus)
*Highly organised with excellent time management skills
*Strong written and verbal communication skills
*Ability to remain calm under pressure and take initiative
*Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle is essential (mileage paid)
AND IN RETURN:*Salary up to £32,000 (depending on experience)
*25 days annual leave plus bank holidays
