Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities
*Support children’s learning and development through play-based activities.
*Help create a warm, safe, and stimulating environment for children aged 0-5.
*Assist with daily routines, including mealtimes, outdoor play, and personal care where required.
*Encourage children’s social, emotional, and educational development.
*Follow nursery policies and safeguarding procedures at all times.
*Work closely with permanent nursery teams to provide high-quality care.
Requirements for the Nursery Practitioner Role
*Hold a Level 2 or Level 3 qualification in Early Years or Childcare (preferred).
*Have previous experience working within a nursery or childcare setting.
*Are reliable, adaptable, and confident working in different environments.
*Have a positive attitude and a genuine passion for Early Years education.
*Can quickly build relationships with children and staff.
