£12.71 – £13.50 per hour
Monday to Friday | 08:30 – 17:00
We are currently recruiting for Assembly Operatives to join a well-established engineering and manufacturing business based near Pulborough.
This is a hands-on role within a clean, organised and team-focused production environment, assembling specialist technical products used within highly regulated industries.
The company are open to speaking with both:
*Candidates with previous assembly/manufacturing experience
*Or practical, hands-on individuals with the right attitude and willingness to learn
If you are reliable, comfortable working with your hands and looking for a stable long-term opportunity within a supportive engineering environment, this could be a great fit.
The role will involve:*Mechanical and electrical assembly work
*Using hand and power tools
*Following drawings, instructions and build processes
*Wiring and basic fitting work
*Quality checking and attention to detail
*Maintaining a clean and safe working environment
We are particularly interested in people from backgrounds such as:*Assembly
*Production
*Manufacturing
*Wiring
*Electrical
*Mechanical fitting
*CNC / machine operation
*Automotive
*Construction / practical trades
*Engineering environments
