What’s on Offer Basic salary of £35,000, with realistic on-target earnings exceeding £55,000 Uncapped bonus structure for maximum earning potential Company car and laptop provided 5 Day working week, (No Sundays and 1 day off during the week 25 days holiday plus bank holidays (Bank holidays are worked on a rota basis with a day in lieu if worked) Manufacturer-backed training and development programmes Pension scheme and additional employee benefits Opportunity to work with a forward-thinking brand investing in electric vehicle technology Key Responsibilities Manage vehicle sales processes, including finance, insurance, warranties, and add-on products in line with FCA regulations Support and coach the sales team on finance and insurance procedures Assist in closing deals and handling part-exchange valuations Monitor and report on finance and insurance performance Ensure full compliance across all sales activities Deliver exceptional customer service and build long-term relationships Help the team achieve targets while improving product knowledge Contribute to new ideas that enhance sales performance and customer satisfaction What We’re Looking For Experience as a Transaction Manager or similar role within a franchised dealership Strong understanding of finance, insurance and automotive products Confident communicator with leadership and coaching ability Motivated, target-driven, and focused on delivering results Committed to high standards of customer service FCA compliance knowledge is highly advantageous Full UK driving licence with minimal penalty points Located within a commutable distance of Gloucester This role suits a proactive, professional individual with a passion for the automotive industry and a desire to grow within a well-established, high-performing brand.
