You will lead on complex analytical work while mentoring junior analysts and supporting senior stakeholders across the business. This role blends technical delivery with people leadership and strategic input.*Lead the design and delivery of advanced data analysis to support business decisions
*Manage, mentor and develop a small team of analysts
*Act as a key escalation point for complex technical and analytical challenges
*Translate business requirements into data driven solutions and insights
*Collaborate with senior leadership to shape data strategy and priorities
*Ensure high quality outputs across team deliverables and client projects
*Drive improvements in processes through automation and best practice
*Manage multiple projects, timelines and stakeholder expectations
Your Skills and Experience*Strong commercial experience using Python for data analysis and dashboarding tool
*Strong understanding of data modelling, cleansing and enrichment techniques
*Experience working with large and complex datasets
*Ability to lead projects and support or mentor junior team members
*Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
*Experience managing multiple priorities in a fast paced environment
