Job Description:
Full job descriptionWise May is looking for a Legal Secretary to support the Construction Team at a leading London Law Firm in the West End. With previous experience in Construction, you will support with diary management, travel booking and billing.
This is a full time, 12 month fixed term contract role with hybrid working (3 days a week in the office, 2 days remote) and the hours are 9:30am-5.30pm.
Legal Secretary duties and responsibilities to include:
*Full secretarial support to fee earners
*Drafting of correspondence and documents, reformatting into business house style.
*Filing, document management, opening new matters and archiving
*Diary management, coordinating internal and external meetings
*Maintaining contact information, collating lists of parties for specific deals
*Email management and archiving of emails
*Organising attendance at seminars, work related travel, accommodation etc
*Other ad hoc tasks when required
Legal Secretary key skills and experience required:
*Demonstrable experience as a Legal Secretary within Construction a Law firm.
*Strong organisational skills with ability to manage deadlines and competing priorities.
*Experience of using case management software.
*Judgement and problem solving.
*Excellent MS Office skills.
