The Role - Year 4 Teacher
As a Year 4 Teacher, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality lessons to a class of 26 pupils, ensuring learning is engaging, challenging, and accessible for all. You will plan, prepare, and assess work in line with the national curriculum, adapting teaching approaches to meet individual learning needs. The ideal candidate will foster a positive classroom environment, encouraging pupils to develop confidence, independence and a love for learning. Previous KS2 teaching experience and a QTS qualification is essential for this role.
