Job Type: Permanent, Full-Time
Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 5:15pm (1-hour lunch break)

Our client is seeking a qualified and experienced Solicitor or Residential Property Fee Earner to join its expanding Residential Property Department based in its Solihull office.

Key Responsibilities
You will be responsible for managing a full residential conveyancing caseload from initial instruction through to post-completion, including:
*Residential sales and purchases
*Remortgage transactions
*Equity release matters
*Transfer of equity transactions
*Matrimonial transfers
*Reviewing and checking freehold and leasehold titles
*Providing guidance, support, and training to Conveyancing Assistants
About You
As the successful candidate, you will have:
*A qualified Solicitor status, CILEX qualification, Licensed Conveyancer status, or equivalent fee-earning experience within residential property
*Proven experience managing a residential conveyancing caseload independently
*Strong technical knowledge of residential conveyancing procedures and processes
*Good understanding of freehold and leasehold transactions
*Excellent client care and communication skills
