Location: Edinburgh, Midlothian, and PenicuikContract: Full-time (36 hours per week)Working Pattern: Monday - Friday
About the Role:We are seeking a dedicated Tenancy Support Worker to help individuals maintain stable accommodation and provide vital tenancy sustainment support. In this highly rewarding role, you will work independently across the community to make a positive impact on the lives of the people you support.
Key Responsibilities:
*Providing tenancy sustainment support and helping individuals maintain stable accommodation.
*Supporting clients with housing applications, including applications for Housing Benefit and grants.
*Assisting clients with setting up essential utilities, such as gas and electricity.
Requirements:
*A full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle.
*Great interpersonal skills.
*The ability to work independently across the community.
*A minimum of 6 months of previous experience supporting older adults within a care setting.
*Experience with home care, housing support, and homelessness.
