The Role
As a Sales Progressor, you will:
*Managing property sales from offer agreed through to completion
*Liaising with buyers, sellers, solicitors, mortgage brokers, and surveyors
*Monitoring and progressing sales pipelines
*Chasing outstanding documentation and updates
*Identifying and resolving potential issues before they impact the transaction
*Providing regular updates to all parties involved
*Building strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
*Ensuring a seamless customer experience throughout the sales process
*Maintaining accurate records and administration
Sales Progressor Requirements
*Previous estate agency experience
*Experience in sales progression, property sales, conveyancing, or a similar property-related role
*Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
*Strong organisational and time-management abilities
*Ability to manage multiple transactions simultaneously
*Professional, proactive, and solution-focused approach
*Strong attention to detail
*Customer-focused mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service
