A new opportunity for a qualified Residential Property Solicitor or Legal Executive or Licensed Conveyancer to join a national, award winner property specialist firm. The Role
You will manage a varied caseload of residential property matters, including:
*Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
*Remortgages and transfers of equity
*New build transactions
*Leasehold and lease extensions
*High-value and complex property matters
You’ll be supported by a collaborative team and modern systems, enabling you to focus on providing top-tier legal advice.
About You
*Qualified Solicitor, Legal Executive or Licensed Conveyancer with 2+ years’ PQE in residential property
*Strong technical knowledge and attention to detail
*Excellent communication and client care skills
*Ability to manage a busy caseload independently
