This role is ideal for individuals with experience working with young people, graduates considering a career in teaching, or those looking for flexible school-based work.
The RoleAs a Cover Supervisor, you will:
*Supervise classes during the short-term absence of teaching staff.

*Ensure students remain on task and complete the work set.

*Manage classroom behaviour in line with school policies.

*Provide a positive and professional presence in the classroom.

*Hourly bookings

*Half-day assignments

*Full-day assignments

Bookings may be:
*Pre-booked in advance

*Offered on the day for immediate cover requirements

Requirements*Excellent communication and classroom management skills.

*Confidence working with secondary-aged students.

*A professional, adaptable, and reliable approach.

*Previous school experience is desirable but not essential.

*Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one).
